My package was stolen, what can you do?

If you purchased Route Shipping Insurance, your order is covered against stolen pacakges. To learn how to file a claim with Route click here. If this option was de-selected at checkout, Smokegem is not responsible for the stolen package and you will need to contact the shipping carrier to file a claim with them directly.

All items purchased from Smokegem are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier.
